What's a Greysman, anyway?
The name was chosen very intentionally, as it has an interesting history. We exist only to be of service, taking on real problems for real people who want help. We're not interested in collecting trophies — we want the win to be yours.
Who's a good fit?
Owners, investors, and founders facing a decision with real consequences. You may know something's off but not why — or you've got a fix and want it challenged before you commit.
What kinds of problems do you help with?
Most things in life run as systems. We start with the problem, not a menu of services. Could, literally, be almost anything.
What if I don't know what the problem is?
Most people don't — that's the job. Tell us what you're seeing, what you've tried, and what it's costing you. We'll help separate the symptom from the cause.

Do you need experience in my industry?
It helps, but it isn't the point. Although we have decades of experience, the method matters more than the man. The first conversation tells us both whether we're a fit.

Does every engagement involve AI?
No. Sometimes the fix is a better decision or a cleaner process, not a build. We use AI where it fits — not for its own sake.
Can you help implement the solution?
Yes — build it ourselves or guide your team, one-time or ongoing. And if we build and host it, you just get the output. We scope that once we understand the job.
How do you handle confidential information?
Leave sensitive documents out of your first request. Before anything important changes hands, we'll put a two-way NDA in place. We never discuss anything that matters without one.
When is Greysman not the right fit?
If you want someone to execute a plan without questioning it, we're the wrong call. We push back — that's the whole value. And if we can't help, we'll say so, and point you to someone who can.
